Reporting an error
If a figure on a council page differs from your bill, first check the parish line: the site shows the district average parish precept, and your town council's precept may be higher or lower. If the council's own element or a major precept looks wrong, send the council name, the band and the figure on your bill and we will check it against MHCLG's table and the council's published schedule.
